We have access to the latest diagnostic equipment, we are able to carry out fault code reading, analysis and resetting both in house and mobile and we’re able to offer a print out of these codes for your records, coupled to this we can supply the access codes required to carry out operations like adding ‘cruise control’, adding ‘soft touch’, ‘recoding remote key fobs’ and the like.

Cruise Control is added to CDi (450) pre SAM (450) and all 451’s differently, ask and I’ll tell you how.

If your smart’s indicators flash nine times when you press your remote fob button, your key has lost its rolling code, this can only be re-synchronised with a diagnostic computer, if your indicators do nothing, you could have an issue with your key fob or remote receiver, we carry both at all times and can react 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week and if required 365 days a year.

Remember, once you’ve locked your gear stick in reverse, you’ll need to de activate your immobiliser to engage neutral! This means you can’t even tow your beloved smartie anywhere for repair, you’ll need our mobile service.
